Packhorse Bridge, Marsden - Trevor Kilvington
The bridge is one of many in the district which were constructed to allow mule trains or packs of horses carrying goods, particularly cloth to move across the Pennines between Yorkshire and Lancashire. Several still exist in Marsden, a small town near to Yorkshire's border with Lancashire.
